The Elder Scrolls Online, that has rather great possibility to build a character, introduced at some point the suggested builds per each class. We could easily have 1-3 types of builds per career for example. It could actually help new players. Having said that - I've never been a min-max kind of a player. I simply go with…
I love the DSC Klingons - they finally seem like a proud race of strong (and smart!) warriors, rather than space-morons always looking for brawl (it's a more appropriate term than a "battle" in their case). Apparently Klingons are getting their hair back in season 2 of DSC, and they already try to explain that the ones we…
Actually they do mention that this is just the start of the longer DSC arc. Which is great. Even in the reskinned tutorial it all seems a bit more... mature. I don't know why. Maybe the revamped Klingons are simply more menacing, or it's the better mimics of the character models. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for more DSC…
I haven't seen any actual incentive for creating a new DSC era toon, other than experiencing BRILLIANT voice acting from Mary Wiseman. I also enjoy the DSC transporter effect, so that's pretty cool, PLUS I love how DSC seems to connect ENT, TOS, with a bit of Kelvin timeline styling, so for me that's another plus. Anyway -…
I must say that for the moment all your comments unfortunately resonate with my own doubts in terms of Klingon-Romulan alliance; not to mention the fact, that Fed side is simply easier for me to get into the character;
I love how the size of this ship is an issue. And the discussions... almost as if it was a real thing ;). Anyway - big or not, I love it. I will continue using TOS Connie as T1, and hopefully be able to use Kelvin Timeline Connie as a T6. This will be epic!
Oh I couldn't agree more. As much as I love to see events that were only mentioned somewhere, and as much as I would love to see the Earth-Romulan war - we need to move forward with the story. Some things like this can be shown in temporal-themed episodes, or whatever would work with it.
Heh - I do see your point :). I would like to have the main timeline developing further, but I don't mind the new series connecting the stories with Mirror Universe, or/and Kelvin Timeline. Just as STO does. And to be honest I do love the idea of incorporating styles, ships and ideas from the new movies.
You do have a point. There have been many interesting missions, but unfortunately there are Foundry missions, that are way more interesting. I've never played Cryptic mission that would top "Spirits of Ramok Nor" foundry mission narration. Just today I wrote on twitter, that it would be great if Cryptic (or PWE, or whoever…
Hehe true ;). Though the rumours of JJ-verse appearing in STO were true. Anyway - this means that Cryptic has access to the Paramount properties, that the movies are. I'm just wondering if it's due to a deal with Paramount, or maybe CBS made a deal with Paramount, and that cascades to STO.
We get new ships and interiors, that are in the spirit of TOS, but retold in a modern way. We get the blingons   with the helmets and new uniforms. I like that. I like all of that! Kelvin Timeline is a parallel universe that is a part of the cannon (just like prime timeline or the Mirror Universe). It will be…
Farewell then, captain. Godspeed. :) I'm actually pretty sure that it will be incorporated in a compelling way, and will only increase the fun we have, and make the game more diverse.
STO once again tries to tie together all the universes and realities known from the movies and TV Series. And I'm pretty confident they will do it in a brilliant way. I'm waiting for the expansion release in July more than I ever waited for Christmas in my life  . TOS and JJ Trek ship designs are the ones I love the…
Good point, thx guys. Actually I was doing the screenshot and the whole picture as quick as I could ;)... I'm also not sure if the proportions are fine - the ship could be moved a bit to the left, and the white-red flag in the background also could be slightly edited in one place... but I'm happy you like it in general…
Actually I wouldn't mind to see some JJ-Trek stuff. Jar Jar Abrams might've made some rather poor choices, but in terms of visuals - I do enjoy it. It's a nice, modern approach to TOS era. And even though I'm a huge fan of artistic direction of TOS (imho - the best looking ships in Star Trek franchise) - I would welcome…
I'm 99% sure they will put TOS Connie as an additional ship after the expansion goes live. And I will buy it - no doubt; just need to start saving my complimentary points :P.
I was considering whom I should choose, but hell yeah - Mark Hammil! He can voice act anyone and anything! Brilliant actor. I just hope that new Star Wars will bring him to the spotlight again, and we'll see more of Mark on the screen.
Well... I'm a lifetime member, who loves Romulans (still not sure why - given the fact that they are devious and xenophobic... yet reading Diane Duane's Rihannsu makes me happy, and makes me fall in love with the citizens of this glorious Empire :D ), and I absolutely love the art of TOS. In all honesty - with so many…
So the above issue was when I was in Poland. Now I'm at a hotel in Hungary, and the page loads. So the question is - is there some problem with Polish IP's?
They're not working for me. The only thing that comes to my mind is that it's somehow regionalized (I'm in Poland), but that's strange to say the least. I was able to buy all previous packs :(.
When I try to open the pages with the packs, I get information "page not found"... any idea why this happens? Is this content going to be regionalized somehow?
Just let me say that the general idea is brilliant. I love Enterprise, but even more than the series itself - I love NX class - amazing ship, and probably one that was closest to the idea of a real ship  . Anyway - T6 refit would be amazing, and yes - I would buy it instantly. And we need it with the NX class…
