On the subject of Allegiance Costume Options... ... I can't use any of my Federation uniform options on my Romulan except for the Federation-Romulan ones. In other words, all the purchased Federation uniforms do not appear, nor do free options like the Sierra uniforms, and so on. How cani get these Fed and C-Store options…

I have this problem as well. I have 2 new costume slots available, but two of my current slots cannot be worn. I can still use two of my old slots, however, and when I "create" one of my new two slots, it works and can be worn.

There are no such projects. I have two projects available under Engineering, two under Science, and two under Military. They give Engineering XP, Science XP or Military XP. None of these give anything else.

I completed my first Engineering Project and have 1,000 Engineering XP, but my Starbase is still Tier 0 with 0 Starbase XP. Is that right? I thought the 1,000 I got from the Engineering Project would move me to Tier 1?
