I usually don't read walls of text, but that's pretty spot on. Cryptic is going to be hard pressed with the console community when they realize pvp is underwhelming.

Games like elite dangerous have cross platform servers, why not this. If so it's gonna be 3 separate games... with 3x the (increased) development times for everything if it goes down this route.

I have seen the light...primary sci skill build with ultimate is amazing. Sci ultimate is an excellent healer CD for spike damage.

Just experienced that in an arena earlier. Full shields and receiving hull damage as if my shields were down. It was kinda neat to watch, lol.

Agreed. The shield pen/armor pen is so high that it's counter intuitive to run a healer. I use to rely on resistance/hot heals such has hazards/a2si/extends, but it's become near impossible to heal multiple targets. As for arena. More emphasis on team play (as it should be) rather than flying around at 200+ speeds like chickens with their heads cut off.

Sounds like a case of ui lag...common problem with some mmos ..Could be from client side lag, server lag, data packet loss, etc....
