I believe it's because t5 ship's are Romulan Republic designed where as the lower tier's were used by the Romulan Star Empire.

You do realize that this also affects PvE right? And the OP even mention's adding a Point Defense system to Battleship and Dreadnought NPCs.

lol no, but thanks for the reply. Im Not much of a PvP'er and when I do I don't use Tric's. In all honesty they are OP and I know in PvP they ruin people's day. But all I see is the Cryptic Nerf Brigade :rolleyes:.
