I have completed 3 PvP space matches. 2 losses and 1 win and Endeavor will not complete.

I am not able to start anything either. Fleet members who created Human's, Andorian's or Vulcan's can access the panel. I created a Tellarite and it will not let me start the mission.

I have been expierencing extreme lag and rubberbanding as well today. To the point that the game is unplayable. And it is not my connection, so has to be an issue with Cryptic.

I too, have the same issue. Delta Reputation is the only one that gives the 500 mark to 5,000 Dilithium conversion project. Looks like if one rep system has the project, then it should not be hard to fix the others, so that they have the project as well. Will patiently wait for a fix. Thanks Jeffrey
