To be fair they probably only supported xp as long as they did because vista was a huge trainwreck and there was a lot of pushback against adoption of it, especially by enterprise customers.

The jump in queue position is a visual error. They had this problem in Neverwinter the first day it went into open beta. The lower number (when it displays) is correct.

Wow, I really love the new UI. It could possibly be slimmed down in some places (there is a bit too much border on the edge of the chat box, etc, but overall it feels so much more Trek to me.
