Like most people this really pisses me off. I have spent a lot of time on my main charter and worked hard to get my elite HG costume. It would be less frustrating if we would get a response that it is still being worked on. And would be nice if customer support would quit telling me that this is a game bug and a GM can't…
Having the same issue but with the Honor Guard set. This Bug has been around since Dec from what I can see on the forums. They really need to fix this.
Guess I'll give this a bump. Just started playing again. Got my last op and can't unlock any the new costume. Had the Mrk XII set from season 6. But what makes me mad the most was the BS "we don't care" response from my Ticket. Hope it will get fixed soon. But from looking at this thread I should not hold my breath.
