I voted Cardenas cause I love the look of that ship, but the connie is my runner up, I love the way it looks. I just know that if the connie does come out, there's not a chance in hell I can ever afford it.
No. First of all, it's canon Star Trek and so of course they're gonna cover it. Second, some of us actually like it. I think Episodes 1-2 are okay. I think 3-7 are awful. I think 8+ get progressively better. It starts getting better about the same time the first showrunner got kicked off, who knew. Also a Star Trek show…
It's why I didn't at first, I can't be alone. I was so, so disillusioned. Hell, I still am. I have since seen Solo, I think it's fine, but I would rather watch a marathon of the prequels than ever watch TLJ again. I had such high hopes too, because I really liked The Force Awakens, and I think the fact I was hyped about it…
I felt like Solo was fine. Not good. Not bad. Just fine. It felt... unnecessary more than anything. And it was certainly better than The Last Jedi, which is easily the worst of all the Star Wars films.
I felt the same. We have the engine rooms for both Malachowski and Crossfield, and we also have a transporter room for Malachowski... and the Malachowski seems to have the same interiors as the Walker. So why *don't* we? It's confusing.
Star Trek: Discovery is canon. You don't have to like it, you don't have to be happy about it, but it's canon. It's also pretty good once the original showrunner drops and they start writing real Star Trek again around episode 8.
There needs to be a side story tab in the mission journal that readily displays all these extra arcs so people don't need to bend over backwards searching for them. Heck, a lot of new players probably wouldn't even know they exist.
Yeah it was pretty cringe, but stopped almost entirely in it's second half, which was significantly better. The best way to watch Discovery is to just not watch the first 7 episodes. Why are people so surprised that the first season of a Trek show is really rough? It's always been the case. So much salt in this thread.
