Extremely disappointing the direction this game is going for Cruiser pilots. Beams are still underpowered for a very long time now and viability for cruisers in most if not all situations has faded. This is regarding to both PvP and PvE. Mechanics and balance issues are still not being addressed.

It's nice that they fixed this voldemort issue. However there are at least 3 others that are still not been fixed. Alot of premades still use these. Currently there is at total of 5 if I remember right.

Cryptic needs to re-design the role of the Cruiser and design it properly. Right now is DPS is all anyone cares about. That's why most players play the escort now-a-days. Cruisers should NOT just be a heal boat that can only tank and do no damage therefore no threat.

No one wants to play heal boats. Cruisers pilots want to more than the assumed role. **** heal boats. Currently Cruisers suck in terms of mechanics and design. The current role needs to be severely shattered and changed up.

Cruisers in general just got alot weaker and escorts much stronger. Look at the new patch notes. I swear if I win the lottery I'm going to buy Cryptic from PWE, fire the entire staff of Cryptic to wipe the slate clean and start Star Trek Online 2.0 and this time...DO IT RIGHT.
