My commander tac boff has torp spread 1, beam overload 2 since I have beam arrays aft, crf 2, and omega pattern 2. My lt.commander boff had tac team1, torp spread 2, and target engines 3. Would the weapon layout posted in the list work well in PvE or should I have a different setup for PvE? What tac consoles would work…

I wanted to do both PvP and PvE but If I had to given more than the other I was going for PvP. I have room in my bank to hold a set of weapons to switch out between PvP gear and PvE gear. But if there is a setup that does decent in PvP and PvE i definitely would be interested. What about quatum torps they deal more damage…
