It worked that way when I tested it in a 1v1 PvP, the enemy was about 2 km away when he used the fluidic rift console on me, when I used the ability on him the bubbles that were out popped but the "eye" kept on making more so essentially you have to wait until it spews out all of the bubbles to use it effectively. The ability works for me but I have to target an enemy and than all of the bubbles that are in a 3 km radius around the enemy pop instantly... Definitely bugged tho since when you don't need a target to activate it and when you do it that way it doesn't pop any bubbles.

I try to keep my distance away from conspiracy theories but... I have a feeling the scale might be tilted based on how you actually buy the keys you use to open boxes such that only if you buy keys with real money and that you are regularly buying stuff with real money you have a higher chance at getting a ship. It's not in the tailor anywhere... This armor never gave an actual uniform that you could customize so now it is indeed truly gone :(

if they leave the short 3 minute daily mission in the dyson sphere as it is and just replace the commendation with the 55 marks and make missions that are this short for all of the other reputations that would be a good change... BUT since a setup like that would work to our advantage i doubt that will happen, the 55 marks…

this would be awesome, i can't remember this command working properly since the game launched... they should make it so it has to be used outside of red alert to prevent some exploits (not that i can think of any, suicides in pvp still count as a kill by the enemy) and also disable it in social zones in case they worry it…

I was wondering if anybody else's stipend is late this month... I did get two stipends in April, one for that month and a few days later another one for May. That was the last stipend I got and the one for June is about a week late now... Anybody else with the same problem?

got the same error myself today (player booting failed) i was ingame trying to move some stuff to my bank/acc bank and they were both not responding, it took about 10 min to move one item so i went to do something else, tried changing toons and got stuck on this error :( EDIT: nvm i got back in the moment i posted this...…

Indeed I am, you can see in the test time that you used that it has shown you, a GMT player time that is 9 hours later then the time that you used (5PM). When you create an event you have to use the time it would be at in Cryptic's timezone (PST I think but don't hold me on that one). It will add 30 days on top of your already running sub so if you're running a reoccurring 1 month sub for an example it will skip a month and charge you when the free time expires.
