Scott248 is right. I have been having the same problem. I did what he said, danced around with the arrow keys, then moved the mouse. Brought the launcher back. But be sure to use the arrow keys first, or you won't bring it back.

Definitely interested in joining an RP fleet. Two VAs & now a new Romulan, so I'm pretty versatile.
