Just downloaded the game from Steam yesterday. I've yet to get the game to actually work. If I don't hear from them shortly from support I'll just delete the game and find another game. Thank god I didn't pay for this game. Good lord it appears they have nothing but problems with it.

Yep. I have tried it through ARC and STEAM. Soon as I click on the Login button, it crashes.
