Guramba doesn't have the DPS the Andorian Escorts have. They have 1/5th more DPS than any ship in game. Unless you could decloak alpha of the bort, the Andorian has the highest DPS overall in game.

Play against a player with a built Aquarius, it's a HoH'SuS with more HP and no battlecloak. I have one on my Fed, it flies practically the same as the HoH'SuS. Just 1/5th more in the DPS department. Turn that 1/5th into 1/5th more alpha. In a game which is DPS centric, that is HUGE. A KDF ship with 7 tac consoles wont even equal that.:mad:

Sela flies a Scimitar because the Remans became slaves tot he Romulans. (learned so via campaign) Scimitar is still Reman, and Reman design. Obisek flies one, as well.

Just for those saying keep Scimitar Romulan, it's NOT a Romulan ship, it's a REMAN ship, there IS a difference. That said, the Rom lockboxes will no doubt deploy when LoR deploys, it makes business, and marketing sense.
