Thank you, qultuq. As long as I have been playing this game, you'd think I'd know how to find things by now. I have received the bundle under the items tab in the zen store. Moderators, feel free to close this thread as solved.

I don't know if I have that problem or not, because after I purchased the bundle I received nothing. Nada. Zip. Submitted a ticket. Update: I found the bundle and everything is in order.

I too am relieved to find that others are having this issue. I at first thought that I somehow screwed up my keybinds. I certainly hope they fix it soon. It is rather annoying.

I'm having the same problem with my xbox controller. I can click it with my mouse, but the directional pad and the "A" button to execute the dialogue responses do not work. I tried running the "Romulan Minefield" STF through the mission journal and speaking to Adm Quinn afterwards, hoping that might fix the issue. "Secrets of Nimbus" still does not show up under Franklin Drake in the Available tab for my Fed toon like it does for my Jem'Hadar. My Jem'Hadar never had any issues with this…

Secrets of Nimbus is located in the Available tab under Franklin Drake for my Fed-aligned Jem'Hadar toon, but does not appear there for my normal Fed toon.

I am also wondering this as this appears to be a widespread issue. My Fed toon does not have them displayed in either Episodes or Available and many others in chat are experiencing the same.

The launcher now says that they will be performing shard maintenance tomorrow. I would assume that means they've found a fix. Too bad we have to wait another day, but at least it seems it'll be fixed.

My problem with the new forums is that none of the links to the threads work. If you do a google search and click on a link to the forums, it just takes you to the main page. This makes the forums now next to useless.

I'd been away from the game for awhile and didn't realize what was going on. I assumed there was a site error. After further research I discovered that not only does PW like TRIBBLE up the game, but they also love TRIBBLE up the forums.

Of COURSE they're going to fix the login issues. If no one can log in, they can't make money. i.e. no zen purchases. Since so many people play with a keyboard/mouse, it's not going to be at the top of their "fix" list. Why? Because people with keyboard/mouse inputs will still buy their precious zen.
