Bug Fixes. It's been a year since I last played and that stupid bug where you zone in and have your BOffs unseated is not only still there, it's worse than it was, before. Take 6 months, cancel all projects for new shinies (we're not magpies), and focus on bug fixes. Once you've knocked down all the biggest ones and after…
Thanks for this. ARC is so bloody useless that all of the pictures in the OP's provided link, the link also provided from the STO facebook page, are broken. Nearly all ARC pages have broken pictures for me. Every other web page apart from an ARC page works fine for me.
I've been in enough instances where everyone is at a single place when the planet killers spawn and then, instead of all surging to the same (closest) planet killer to kill them in an orderly fashion, fekkin' split up and make it impossible for anyone to get all 3. Mark wise, I never saw any bonus for my only being able to…
How about adding the missing powerboards to the vendor? (Ones shown in the shop, like the black and red, and ones not shown, like the Romulan faction board.)
I'd like that, too. I love the white board with flame pattern on it, would love it if it were a superior. I'd also love it if they'd put the unavailable boards in the vendor, as well. The superior boards are all very boring and uninspired save the KDF board, but I'd at least like to have that black and red superior board…
I'm quite hoping that the powerboards displayed on the promenade but not offered for sale, as well as an additional Romulan powerboard will be added. I quite like the black and red board on display, but it's not available. I'd also like to see that white one with the flame job on it offered in superior, as well. I can't…
Maybe as an alternate skin. Personally the only thing I dislike about the current KDF sci destroyer is the fact that the head is so bulbous and swollen. It looks too much like... um... >.> Too little like a modern Klingon ship. I'd love to have a smaller/narrower/more angular head to the ship. Perhaps a hammer-head design…
And the devs are apparently very sexist, denying Romulan females the option to wear the Centurion helmet from the TOS uniform pack. Just because you never saw a woman wearing the helmet on the show doesn't mean they didn't wear them; and even if they didn't wear them in TOS, why would that mean a woman in the current…
I don't mind the lack of visuals. I get rather tired of the constant thrum of... whatever changes the look of my hull when I have a visual enabled. I think the only set that doesn't drive me out of my skull with the never ending "Wugga wugga wugga" is the Dyson set.
It wouldn't let me have 5 images. >.< This is another example of no nacelle glows. Perhaps it's just me, but the in game K't'inga still just doesn't feel right.
Initially, the K't'inga class had now glows from its nacelles. Later, some K't'ingas had nacelle glows. But it was never consistent. I am more concerned that they still need work to look closer to the actual models used in the series. I'd also like for them to have the spotlights on the rear facing surfaces as they do in…
The helmet will be found as a replacement for your current head. So go to the head customisation and change the head type to helmet (or whatever the option allows.)
On my client only the right nacelle closes up on the Starfleet Dyson ship. Also, right after I go through the gate, the polygons go a little crazy and start stretching out like crazy until I start to move. In regards to the Romulan Dyson ship's transformation... Heheh, the nacelles get a little longer and cannons swing out…
Requests: Nausicaans: * Nausicaans can't remove their collars, please remedy this. * Nausicaan NPCs have access to thigh plate armour. May we please have access to this, as well? * The Nausicaan armour is very spiffy. It would be great if Letheans, Orions and Gorn could wear it, as well. I can think of no canonical reason…
The KDF ship looks too passive, too friendly. The head is too bulbous and lumpy, like a... Child's toy. >.> KDF designs should be really aggressive looking (like the raptor beak stylings of several of the raptors and birds of prey or hammer head stylings of the Vor'kang, K't'inga and Negh'var), or sleek (like the classic…
If you're going to let people swap ships in sector space as if they have their entire flotilla following them around, then let us have tailors on our ships. That is a LOT less far fetched than swapping ships in sector space.
Wait... Change my ship in sector space? That's one of the only 2 reasons it makes any sense to go back to a space dock, that and visiting the ship tailor. However there are other things that make absolutely no sense being restricted to a space dock: Things like the tailor and the exchange. (Because your replicators should…
THIS! I don't care that the never showed females wearing the helmets, but they never showed female centurions full stop. Seems rather sexist to restrict them to males only. :p
We know that every starship in every series had some sort of tailor, computerised or otherwise, because any time the crew needed to go down to a planet and blend in, they had outfits made for them. Yes... They were generally replicated, so why can't we replicate outfits on our own ship instead of steaming off to a…
I'd love to be able to select a weapon skin in the tailor, same for kit skins. (For weapons and kits that I have equipped.) I would rather have a lower level Plasma rifle skin than a higher level one. Same for phaser rifles and kits.
Wow.... It looks like either a Defiant rear ended an Intrepid while they were too close to the sun... Or a Defiant and an Intrepid had a secret incestuous affair that resulted in a deformed love child. :p
The quote says derivative of the heaviest ship to date. It can easily be taken as read that "to date" is meant to be the times of their construction. The heaviest ship to date in when the Miranda was constructed was the Constitution, so it looked quite like a constitution sans engineering hull and its parts rearranged. The…
