Perhaps you could update the first post with what is required of joining the Imperial Romulan Fleet like being able to have Vent and stuff or that most players use Vent and not the chat channel. It is very subjective but one thing you have to know, most fleets will not just let you join, contribute nothing and take anything you want from them.
