Just a quick hello from those of us who can't even access the game at all because we are trapped with the eternal patching issue. The patch gets to around 64-65% then attempts to acquire the shader.hogg file, gets to a certain percentage of that in the CTRL-X screen then poof! 'Error 14 connection to server was lost'.
