well I guess what I really want to know is why do they care if a fleet goes inactive anyways? the ppl in the fleet can leave anytime they want if there not happy in the fleet there in. so what does it matter any ways I mean there are just as many active fleets as inactive ones...and ppl move from one to the other based…
