        <description><![CDATA[I reformatted my computer recently and when I downloaded Arc and installed it, the launcher will not execute whenever I try to start it up. Additionally, tryring to use the repair utility results in an error stating it cannot start.<br /><br />
Does anyone have any idea what may be happening?]]>

        <description><![CDATA[I recently started a new character to take advantage of the Temporal Bonuses. However, when I recently gained a level and its asking me to purchase skills, I try to purchase 1 skill and it refuses to add it. I then, used a retrain token and restarted my game, and now it says I have 21 skills to apply, it will not allow me to apply any skills. It asks if I am sure i want to purchase said skill and when I click ok to purchase, it doesn't purchase it. Any reason why this is happening?]]>

        <description><![CDATA[I can't believe I have to try and find support for the bloody support system! I am trying to submit a ticket on support.arcgames.com related to STO but I cannot submit the ticket because it always gives the error: Related Date: is invalid. I have no idea why it is doing this, it happens when I enter any date. One cannot even enter a date manually but must select one from the popup calendar, so it can't be a formatting issue. Please can anyone help me? ]]>

        <description><![CDATA[I have discovered a bug with the Wrath of Khan off duty outfit that was a promotional for linking a new console account to the Arc app.<br /> I did not have a Arc account previously to playing Star Trek Online and subsequently skipped the initial "account linking" on starting the game with a new Xbox account.<br /> This is a repeatable glitch as I have tested on multiple Xbox accounts linking to the Arc app. In each case I created an Arc account via the prompt within the app itself, each account does not have access to the free outfit.<br /><br /> It seems that not linking an account to the Arc app via the code on game start or creating a new account within the Arc app fails to generate the reward.<br /> No other rewards granted via Arc app have failed to generate in game thus far.<br /> I have successfully claimed both the points rewards and the promotional giveaways and charity donations rewards from Steelseries Games and Groupees.com.]]>
