What must I do when My password is stolen ?

Hi Sir,

Since the launch of STO I Am hooked. But what must I do when My password is stolen ? I telephoned the Gamestore "Game Mania" in My country, but they no longer sell playkeys of STO. If My password gets stolen, is it still possible to obtain a lifetime agreement ? how please ? at first, with this account, I first bought gamekeys, until I could get a Moderator to sell Me a lifetime agreement. but now I no longer can get My hands on a gamekey, so how Am I supposed to get back online so I can buy a new lifetime agreement please ?

    If your password gets stolen you simply contact Cryptic. They will put you through a verification process to prove you are the owner of your account. After that they will reset your password for you.

    I'm confused...arent you logged onto your account now? If so, just go into your account and set your password to whatever you want.

    His password does not appear to be stolen. He seems to be asking what he would need to do if it ever becomes stolen because the place he bought his copy of STO from no longer sells them.

    Here's the deal: He is worried his password might get stolen. He can't buy a new copy of the game and he can't buy new timecards. So he's worried he won't be able to get back into the game to buy a new LTS. He does not need to buy a new LTS, or a new copy of the game. If it ever happens he simply needs to contact Cryptic and they will run him through a verification process to prove his account is his; and then they will reset his password and send him the new one.

    exactly. one time my password just stopped working in the launcher, but i was logged in on the forum and changed my password and it worked in the launcher. i don't know if my account got TRIBBLE or what
