I read that post. and the dev response to the post. its not censorship, its disobeying the forum rules. there are no "the rules don't apply in this instance" rules got broken, posts got removed, pretty simple. try actually reporting the issue

I decided to never post anything about a bug again, nor will I use the bug report form or anything else. It's free of any sense and that's why I'm no longer risking my membership for speaking out my opinion.

    Full stop.

As I see it, Cryptic OWNS this Forum, and therefore has a right to have any rules and regulations that they deem fit to Manage the forum.

There is a post in this thread that I see already violates those rules. One post has two names in it, and as I read that post, at least one of the named players is still active in the forum and or game. Posting player names is a forum violation. (Cryptic Rule)

Cryptic can Manage the space that they own as they see fit, therefore Self Censorship on our part is better for us than Cryptic Management of our posts would be.

If I own a house, and make a rule that smoking is not permitted there, then if you choose to light up there, I will throw you out. Rule enforced. Cryptic is only doing the same thing here.

If you own a house, and are married, and your better half burns the turkey for Thanksgiving, and smoke fills the kitchen......does he or she get kicked out of the house for smoking?

Smoke is smoke.....and a rule is a rule........

it will get mighty lonely after a while....

I am very sorry. I had tried the first few times to just give warnings and explain why we will not allow discussion of cheats, hacks, exploits or the forum's moderation.

I will not give out warnings any more at this time. Please check out the forum's rules. They are binding for all members of this forum.
Posting Cheats, Hacks, Trojan Horses, or Malicious Programs
Posts and/or private messages that allude to, contain language, comments, references, links, symbols, terms and/or imagery about and/or promote and/or otherwise support, in any manner whether directly or indirectly, cheats, hacks, cracks and/or malicious viruses/programs (e.g., keyloggers, Trojan horses, websites or files that take control of another person’s computer, etc.) may be subject to an infraction.
    Discussing Disciplinary Actions
Posts and/or private messages that, in any manner whether directly or indirectly, discuss disciplinary actions taken by Cryptic Studios against any user (including the poster) may be subject to an infraction.

    Thank you.
