The NPc sections when in Mva mode, fire off BO commands,
Do they use ours or do they have there own set?
Also do. Command we run affect the other sections, example if I overcharge
Phasers does it affect other sections phasers?
What are specs on other sections weapons?
If each section has own commands can we get a list of them?

The commands the other sections use depends on which section you control as far as I understand. If you right click on the MVAM console, and click on info, you will be presented with 3 walls of text explaining each mode in detail.

When you execute MVAM, the other sections of your ship become your pets. They act of their own accord but will assist you as best they can.

Each section has its own abilities. If you check the info of the MVAM console you can get more information. The bottom line is that whatever section of your ship you control, you maintain all of your abilities, and the sections you do not control have their own abilities independent of your own. Each has specific abilities listed in the console's description.

They will attempt to stay with you if you enter full impulse, and will attack your target as long as they are alive. If you want to select a new target, hit ESC to empty out your targets and select a new one.

If your pets suffer enough damage, they'll become disabled and you'll have to reconnect with them and wait for the cooldown for them to reactivate.

Specific skill information for each section is available if you right-click the console and check information on it.

Do your pets damage increase if you are specced into phasers and photons yourself, or does it matter which damage type you spec into?

Unless they did something differently, yes any ranks in Phasers (and Photons) should increase pet damage appropriately. The info on the MVAM powers should tell your what skills affects the pet's abilities. I'd look myself, but my mail internet connection is down. I'm stuck with my tethered phone for now.

not sure how they missed giving the 3 sections each one of the team abilities. each of them getting an emergence power skill to skill like to weapons on the tac section, to shields on the eng section and to aux on the sci section would have been cool. give every section a copy of to engines too. the sci section getting some sci skills would be nice, give it charged partial burst, tachyon beam, and feedback pulse. the eng section should get aux to struc, aux to damp and directed energy modulation. tac section is missing torpedo skills, and give it a rear turret, so its cannon skills can at least be doing something at all times, and a beam overload

giving them all this will make sooo little difference, but at least it would look like they are doing something
