Ok...so you fixed Hakeev and his whole "jumping talk buildings in a single bound" thing. What about the borg in The Cure or any other areas they appear in open environments? Are they meant to be the slow walking high hoping technossasins we currently see? Or is this also a bug?
Jumping enemies aren't really a bug, per se (though Hakeev might have been different). It was probably done intentionally to solve pathing AI problems, to keep enemies from getting stuck in the environment. In Hakeev's case, it actually caused him to get stuck.
