1) You can only craft on Memory Alpha,b ut you can see where you currently stand and what can be crafted in your R&D Screen from everywhere.
2) You need anomaly samples to produce anything.
3) Most of the interesting stuff also requires a base component / schema. You craft those as well.
4) Most gear requires a certain level in your crafting skill.
Increasing your crafting is almost** like a perpetuum mobile* - you learn crafting by crafting!

Thanks for the help, But I know were to get them but how do I use them even the rare stuff verses buying what I need? I rather use them buying is so not gaming but I like the option. Can you point me in that direction?
