Khitomer Accord broken?

Had a team make it to the end tonight and everyone time we initially engaged Donatra (after fighting the first probes and clicking "Follow Donatra" we would all immediately get kicked from the server. Any idea how to fix this?

    We noticed some alerts server side late this afternoon. This issue appears to be occurring randomly, and doesn't affect all players.

    We are going to continue to monitor the situation in hopes we can find the root cause of the problem.

    I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Yep same problem seemed to have affected our group too. Literallly the moment we started shooting at Donatra we got booted. Repeated about five times booting us off.

    Had this last last night too (GMT 00.00), thought our group was alone with this problem.

    Repeated attempts to kick start a different instance proved unsucessful. Hopefully, we shall be attempting to try again tonight.

    I asked in zone and noone was able to complete KA yesterday, so I am not sure about the "random" comment. It happened again today. Something got messed up within the past week - fine on Monday, Fine on KDF side Tuesday, broken last night.

    We continue to look into this issue. For now, we have to treat this as a known issue so be wary that while some have confirmed they were able to get past the issue, others are getting the disconnect.

    We will address this with an update as soon as we can.

    The worst part is will probably be finding a team to finish this with (LFG for last part of KA)...I hope I don't have to start it all over again :(

    has anyone else successfully completed this in the last 24 hours? I'd like to take another crack at the last part, but not if its still bugging out

    No it is still buggy - we were unable to complete it too, just a hour ago.
    (We tried it 6 times - every time the donatra scimitar attempts to fire, the server connection crashes.)

    tried it on 2 feds and one KDF and it is broken. Bad script on Donatra all of a sudden - they copied her AI for the new Cut the Cord weekly mission and ever since something has been seriously screwed up. So I now have 3 chars that cannot complete and this one is now not possible (similar to Terradome).

    We just ran a group through and it's the same experience for us. Given how long Terradrome's been down, I'm not holding out a lot of hope that we'll ever see this fixed.

    EDIT: For the record, it was a particularly ragged KA run. From time in to the end of the first zone was ~1:40 - 2 hours. From there on it went fairly well, but there were a lot of technical problems, players getting kicked out of the game mid-transition. So when we finally got to the end of this and hit this bug it was particularly infuriating.

    I get you guys mean well, and I get that the breaking factor was apparently the featured episode, but it did make the entire mess very f****** frustrating.

    I can say this happened to my team twice in a row, at exactly the same spot described by others in this thread and others. I'm glad that it's a known issue. I hope it gets resolved soon.
    This map has been notorious for quite some time for random disconnections of 1 or more players (sometimes the whole team - 1 time that happened to me before this, very bad..:() ANyhow, losing 1 person is nothing just a little funny / weird.

    A week ago, we lost the whole team at the end, but re-entered the game, then the map, and everything was okay. I think that this time things are different.

    Is Cryptic going to fix this? It is repeating every time we do KA. Are they going to leave this one broken like Terradome?

    Just tried again tonight with a fleet group and it is not fixed. Whole team d/c'd three times, trying to finish. Can you please fix this? It was fine before last week's featured episode. That is two stf's broken - Terradome and KA. Please? This is why most of my fleet still plays - to do the STFs (end game content) and it remains broken.

    If I am not mistaken, the batlle with Donatra was the only mission to feature the Scimitar ship...
    until Cutting the Cord featured the Scimitar aswell.
    I have done the Donatra battle nearly a dozen times and have never previously been disconnected...
    until Cutting the Cord was released on Saturday 5th March. I now disconnect at the Donatra battle every time. Coincidence ?
    Dare I suggest that some tweak was made to either the appearance or the behaviour of the Scimitar ship for Cutting the Cord, which is now not completely compatible with Khitomer ?
    No, I'm not a game dev, this is just a possibility that occured to me due to the timing and common features of the missions.

    It's not, in fact. The Romulan DSEs spawn them and cluster missions can spawn them if there's a full five man team.

    Tried to get around this bug like 30 times trying all sorts of different ways, nothing worked.. so deff not "random"

    And what about Terra ??????????????????????????????????????????????

    I'm not being "cryptic" I simply don't know. I can't tell you something I don't know. I have nothing to do with the production builds so I have no idea. Could be tomorrow or it could be two weeks from now. I just wanted to let you guys know that the problem had been found and corrected.

    I can confirm it will be fixed tomorrow in the patch.

    Now, that's not to say another bug won't pop up and break it but...hehehe
