So I'm at the part where the main objective is *Find a way to reach Hakeev and the subobjective is *Acquire Acces Chip from Romulan officer. That's when the problems started happening. I reached the rooftop, marked with a circle on the map, indicating that that's where my objective was, and I find myself outnumbered by a group of romulans and I die. I respawn on the stairs, close to the rooftop where I needed to be, and what happens? The NPC's from whom I problably need to get this acces chip, go haywire. They start running and jumping and in a matter of seconds, they're gone, presumably they fell of. What do I do know? The objective stays the same, Acquire that acces chip from a romulan officer. I also see an information icon in the upper left corner and it says it's a Centurion. Does he have the acces chip? There's no way I can reach him. So what did I do? I went down to search for romulan npc's fighting remans, and I have killed dozens of them but still no Acces chip (if they jumped down I should have killed them as I have killed all npc's). I'm very confused and it seems there's no way I'm ever finishing this mission. I've read a lot of bug reports yesterday before I even started it, but maybe there is someone on the forums with a similair problem or who can just explain to me how to get the acces chip so I can get on with it. thanks in advance!

For future reference, please break up your paragraphs so it doesn't look like a wall of text. Its just easier to read.

Anyway, when you go up those steps an option will appear (like it does in other parts of the game earlier) to call in support. People from your ship will beam down to help you. If you need more help take a look at my Cutting the Cord walkthrough.

What I suggest now is to exit the mission (beam out) and beam back in. You may need to redo everything up to that point (with the exception of the space part).

Thanks, will do. Nice website too.

I know about the paragraphs :P, I typed it in a hurry, looking back I imagine it's a little hard to read

I had the EXACT same problem. And that was on my second attempt.

In my first go 'round, I got all the way to Hakeev and he went all crazy-like and disappeared into a building where I couldn't get to him. So I aborted and had to do the mission again (just the ground part, thankfully). Second time, I had the same problem in the same place as the OP of this thread. Unfortunately, I had to abort again and do it all over once more. It worked on the third attempt.

I'm thinking maybe there needs to be some kind of fix to the AI or something on this mission so the enemies will reset themselves if they don't get attacked in a certain amount of time.
