Lifetime & Vet rewards

I got lifetime sub last weekend almost after a year of playing STO but when I bought it the Vet day count stopped.

I would like to know why?

    I've had this problem as well, and have reported in in multiple ways. Seems to be a bug with the subscription system. I'm stuck at 341 days.

    Before anyone says it's do to the digital Copy of STO I got a copy of it a month after STO came out

    I'm certain I was logged in at Head Start yet the counter said 272 two weeks ago. I wrote that off as my memory being wrong, but I checked again recently and it said 250.

    I too have been stuck at 192 days for 3 weeks. hopefully this gets fixed.
    weird, my name here doesn't show me as a lifetime. I assume i have to go set that myself?

    Talaxia, go to "My Account" at the top of this page, then look for "Group Memberships" and select the Career Officer group.

    I've been experiencing a similiar problem. Just spoke to Atari Account & Billing support and they said it needed to be escalated to the next tier. Wondering when I'll hit endgame and get this resolved. :p

    Anyways, my in game counter says 383, and it has for several months (I remember noticing it well before the 300 day vet rewards were handed out). And on my account, it says 336 days. BS!! Should be at 394 days by my record.

    This is a known issue that we're tracking, as Salami has mentioned. Our Account and Billing Representatives have the ability to fix for this for you while we work on a more permanent solution.

    You can contact them here, by either submitting a ticket, or through Live Chat from 9am to 9pm PST (That's GMT -7).

    Go to the "My Account" Link above, then under "Miscellaneous", click on "Group memberships." Hit the radio button for "Career Officer."

    Thanks Stormy, for answering! I've been watching to see if it would fix itself, and I got sick and tired of waiting around. It seems that this is linked to upgrading to a lifetime membership (meaning it's a pretty big issue coming up as more people notice it), can you tell us what exactly happened to make the hamstertron generator in the day counter to break down?

    thanks! i searched everything that i thought might have that option but never touched that catagory.
