How do i invite players to a team in pvp.

Well, you right click on their name in the chat box/ or ship in game, and you should have a drop down that has invite to team in there somewhere..then walla your teamed.
you have 2 options, both of them using right click.
the first one is to right click the player, and select invite to team. this may not always work, as the person you want on your team may either already be on a team, or has their settings set to automatically ignore any team invites.
if the other person is a member of a team, and its an open team(letting anyone join), then you will have an option to join the team in the right click menu.
if they have their options set to ignore team invites, then theres nothing you can do to get them on your team
Right-Click them and pick the Invite option. If they are already teamed up, you won't see this option. If they are the team leader, you can also ask to join a team.
Outside of a match, I recommend against inviting someone without contacting him in some other way first - zone chat or a tell.
