Left Turning - ALWAYS

my characters and ships are stuck as if I am pressing A to turn left , at all times, only forward and back directionals work, its stuck like this and is unplayable i need help!

    You could always pretend it's Nascar...




    kidding...

    have you tried cleaning your keyboard? or using your mouse to change your character direction? If its not happening outside of STO you should /bug it

    NASCAR, the American left turn racing sport...


    Its no Formula 1 racing but the crashes are great!

    Do you have a joystick? If so, try unplugging it.

    Can you change key mappings? I have not checked.

    See if you can restore the defaults; something may have gotten scrambled.

    oh geez, i had a 360 gamepad plugged in for another game, and it must have been slighty off in its calibration. I assumed it was from the update and game related

    thanks, that would have taken me forever to figure out.

    jeez had the same problem having 360 controllers plugged in for sto is definetly not good but space combat would be fun withem ...
