When I look at the comm badges, I am getting locks on my set. Picture Here
And when I look inside, there is no special comm badges.
Edit Note. I also noticed that when I added a borg face piece and saved it, my admiral rank pips where gone. When I went back in to add them, they are missing. The only admiral rank showing is messed up. Looks like the uniforms are screwed again.

Exclusive Costume Option - An insignia available only to lifetime subscribers. Automatically applied to your account. Just visit a tailor in-game to add it to your current captain.
As others have mentioned, I don't see the new insignia anywhere as an option in the tailor either. Although, I have only checked the one at the Earth spacedock.
found the com badge, got the forum title after logging into the game, then trying the editusergroups link again.
captains table area is nice, perks are sweet, picked me up some extra character slots (500 points seems fair for 2 new slots) got crash test tribble and career officer titles ingame, and my borg tribble :P
Reminds me of a military style medal.. one of those big Maltese cross type dealies, with the Fed combadge in the middle.
The tailor at the Captain's Table is really dark for some reason and you can't really see it well. I'll go back to Sol and see if I can get a better pic in the tailor, and post a link (if someone else doesn't beat me to it).

Missing the LTS Chat Channel unless there is a special /join command for it.
Also missing the title "Crash Test Tribble" based on the Tribble server weekend event.
