Lt11?

I just finished lt10 and now I have become lt 11. When do i get to LC. I thought that I was supposed to get my first ship now

    You have to spend all your skill points before you can advance.

    you need to train your skills to the requiered level,
    to be able to get the next rank.

    What do you mean all of them. Like all the ones i have in my possesion still? Or some random ones i am supposed to find?

    All skill points you currently have.

    Hover over the rank and it will tell you how many you need to spend still. If you don't have them to spend, earn some and spend those.

    Spend all your skill points on your captain that you can. Then you will be Lt Co. and can go get your ship above the shipyard.

    I'm just going to say yes, because the Admiral will pop up and explain everything eventually.

    Your personal skill points, not the ones on you BO, just the ones you get to use to increase your captain skills, and get to LT11, once you get LT 11, then spend that last bit of skill point it becomes Lt Com ,and you get a call from the Admiral, go back to Sol station, and speak with him once you do. READ the QUEST TEXT.

    No, you just need to spend them wherever you'd like to, up to the number required for promotion. You can see that number by hovering over the bars at the top of your screen.
