well so much for submitting a tickett to get it extended 
Well I'm a US Soldier living in Germany, I pre ordered fom Amazon which shipped out on the 2nd. I usualy take 2 weeks for packages to get here, sonaturally I don't have it with me at the moment to enter the retail code and grace period is over. I was wondering if there waas a way to extend the grace period.

Greetings, I took a peek at your account and I do not see and activated retail key on your account. Depending where you purchased the game from (please see dev post: http://forums.startrekonline.com/showthread.php?t=107021) you will not be able to login until you have activated your retail key. A quick note on the attached thread: The grace period for the US will know be ending on Feb 8th, 2010 at 11:59pm PST. Since you are from overseas and ordered an US version, I am not sure what we can do. Please update this ticket and I will be happy to look into this for you. Cheers, Cryptic Studios
