Time Reimbursement?!?!?

Cryptic,
Please consider either crediting us a months time or at the very least starting the month AFTER you get the bugs with the servers worked out...

This is really frustrating and starting to feel like a Beta Test, a lot of this really should have been worked out before launch.

I know a free month would go a long way towards making things right with a lot of us.

$50.00 to sit in a 909 person server que is really not cool.

Thanks for considering it.

    They would never consider it.
They just want our money- without putting effort into the game.

It wont happen. The most you might get is a day. When WoW was down for extended times, they would call that day a wash and extend your billing by 1 day - basically giving you a free day.. trust me..there were alot of free days in WoW ;).

But it had to be significant downtime in a 24 hour period. Unfortunately that hasn't happened yet.

Yes the Queues suck, but Cryptic got hammered for NOT having a Q, and now they are being hammered for having one... cant please all of the people all of the time..

To get more servers, Cryptic has to get the budgetary expense approved by Atari, doesn't happen in a few hours...

You don't think Cryptic told Atari more servers might be needed for launch?? Welcome to the corporate world. They most likely wanted to wait it out and see the actual hit on the weekend after launch day before approving funds for Cryptic.

Blame Cryptic all you want, but you should shift SOME of that blame to Atari as well.

They're getting hammered for charging a subscription fee and not providing the service for said fee. You can get sued for that you know, consumer advocates and whatnot. If this was a "pay $50 for it once and you're set" game, then the server status might be acceptable, but at this point people are subscribing, paying $15/month.

And before you say, it's a "free month", it's not. You paid $50-$60 for the client software and one months access. At this point they're shitting on paying customers. At some point there's gonna be major blowback.

This isn't beta, this isn't headstart, they need to get their shlt (servers) in gear. Buy some steroids for those hamsters.

Yeah, I remember WoW giving credit days when the service was really bad. It was actually a good measure to take, and helped to aliviate a lot the issues on the early days. However, Cryptic pretty much closed the door on that option by implementing lifetime offers. An extra day would be nothing more than an insult to lifers... But knowing Cryptic, they may just actually do it...

People are doing nothing. 30 free days aren't used up yet. After that your argument has weight.
