Everytime I complete one of the destroy 9 groups I do not get credit for it and the thing stays at 0/3. Is this happening to anyone else

    woops I meant this secure is bugged and still does not work. There is nothing underneath Romulan Raiders like 0/9 and the NPC does not reset.
