TOS Uniform - missing skirts?

Hi just to report that there are no TOS Skirts available at tailors for female characters :( Can we get a response to say it is either a bug or not now included as per the pre order FAQ info? Thanks in advance :D

    The preorder page lists the skirts as part of the preorder package, so I myself demand that we get them, they don't have the right to now not include if we bought the items on the promise we would have them. You have to fight for your rights :p
