BO Rewards Skills Say one thing Then change

I keep getting BO rewards. When i look at there skills on the rewards page and accept it, then look at them in J the skills change to completely different skills.

Just thought id say. :D

    I'm having the same issue. The skills of the Boff in the rewards window do not match the skills of the officer you actually get. The race and class will match, just not the skills. It makes it difficult to make an informed choice. (Issue does not seem to occur if you are buying a Boff, just the reward ones.)

    If you actually get a BO, then feel lucky. All but one of mine have gone missing somewhere between Starfleet and my ship.

    I've noticed this, also note that if you cancel and reopen the window you will get a different "roll" of that officers abilities every time.
