Why does the dev tracker always go down with the server it seems?

    Because it is one of the first places everyone checks for information. Same reason why the forums get a bit laggy when the server goes down.

    I should hope so, I'd lol if the forum database is sharing the server one.

    if that was the case the forums would go down every time the server went down.
