Has any of this been implemented or was it scrapped.

    At least we've got Memory Alpha now, but Recipes have not been emplaced yet, which is why that category was removed from the exchange. As for bridge officer crafting, we can now train officers level-3 skills, but we can't yet trade/sell them.
