Medals of Achievement...Where do you use them?

I've run all around Qo'nos and can't find anyone willing to trade in my Medals of Achievement that KLings get from PvP. I thought they acted like badges of exploration but I can't find any vendors that use 'em.

Also, does anyone know of a really good FAQ site or Database for STO, or is it just too early for that kind of stuff?

    Achievement badges from pvp...the pvp vendors in K7. I think there might be a couple around the Sol station centre as well, though not sure as they were moved when last part of OB came out.

    Thanks to a kind player in game, I have found that the PvP vendors for Klingons is the Gandala system, which is one sector over from Qo'nos. They accept the different levels of Medals.
