Lifetime sub, yet only 2 character slots?

I have a lifetime subscription, says it right in my accouant info.

yet I can only make a max of 2 characters, and I can't get my borg captian.

    Same issue here, logged on and off since they announced it was fixed and nada, not a thing.

    yeah its happenned to me as well...i cant get the borg captain either though.

    I can't get the captian either, And I have only 2 character slots.

    basically I guess we are seen as standard accouants even thou we have PAID for lifetime.

    I get all four slots fine. Let Cryptic know the bug exists.

    I get all 4 slots but I cant see the borg yet. Cryptic have annnounced they are working to fix it. I expect it to be available before the end of the day.
