All my abilites have vanished

All my abillites on Klingon side have vanished when i loged on today they were all gone. my fed side was normal but all my ground and space abilities other than space weapons were gone on Klingon side. can not attack on ground. also all my skills have vanished and i was given the points backs but can't spend them. has anyone had this problem before and know how to fix it?

    That's what happens when the Klingons messes with TIME!!!

    I did not have such a drastic issues as you, but when ever I beam down on an away mission all of my hot keys on my skills panel dissappear and I am forced to reset them at the begining of every away mission.

    It never did this about 4 days ago. I was hoping they'd have fixed it by now.
