Ship to away team transition issues

Often when I beam down I appear as my ship and my away team is no where to be found. Also when I beam back to the ship I appear as my player toon and start falling, once I landed on the planet and was just standing there unable to move. Only fix I found is to completely log off and log back in but this does not work 100%.

    This has been an ongoing bug that the devs have yet to patch for. Not sure if they are aware of it or not. They have patched alot of minute things, but something major....
