Issue with in-game report/track bug?

Hey all, just trying to find out if there is something up with the in-game bug reporter and tracker. It tells me to search first for an issue, but I never find one even remotely similar to what I search for. So, I end up submitting a report about a number of bugs I ran into. Today I went to check and see if there were any comments or other users reporting the same bug and I can't find my own bugs that I reported into it.

It gave me a ticket number, so I know it went through. But when I search with the exact title, nothing shows up.

    If this ticket system works like the one I use at work then what happens is a programmer sees the ticket, Takes it, works on it, if there is a fix he fixes it, and then clears (deletes) the ticket.

    If he/she fixed the issue it will be fixed on the next patch. Which I hope is today.

    If you go to one of the windows, there's a choice to see your tickets, if that's what you're after.
