Unable to decompress file

hi ive patched and launched the loader just get the cryptic logo and an error noise.
tried it in safe mode too. error came up as" fatal error unable to decompress vital file"
any ideas?

    Your download is corrupt. Check the error log and delete the offending hogg file, the launcher will then re-download it correctly.

    any idea which file it would be this is the error
