Can't reclaim Mr Potato Head?

Been playing for 8 years now but just remembered Mr Potato Head from one of the missions. I don't actually need him or anything but thought I'd go back and get him just for the sake of completion. I.e. having one of each obtainable race.

But no. He can't be reclaimed. In fact he's the only boff in the entire game that you can't get another of his race for. That absolutely sucks.

So please, let's have a replay option for that mission or hey, stick him in Mudds. I'd pay a couple of thousand zen for him.

Can you reclaim the Doctrine Lizard (Voth) or the Undead Unholy Freak (Kobali)? I thought the episode/rep reward boffs were all one-time per character but I've never had a reason to test that.

Yeah, I'm fairly certain that they are all one-and-done claims.

Please pass on to the development team that these would be a great addition to Mudds. No additional work needed so pretty much free cash for them. Charge 3000 zen each and don't allow multiple buys. It's a no brainer.

Unless you got rid of him before you knew you couldn't evenr get him back. I have it on my grinders but not on my main, and I'd like him purely because I'm I'm complerionist, not because I actually will use him.

I'm not willing to give up 8 years with my main for him though, so just stick him in Mudds. Again, no real work for the developers, people can get him if they accidentally dump him and they make some cash (off me at least).

One time only or lost forever items really suck. And STO basically only has this guy and the Voth archaeologist that are. Everything else in the game is always available somehow, eventually. Why not these? Why is that mission not repayable with the boff? The Zombie alien girl is...

Ok, so you're telling me that you played the episode, got the BOFF, dismissed the BOFF, and now cannot replace him if you replay the Episode?

Ok, now THAT is something I can report up the chain. I'll see if I can get them to make it reclaimable upon replay, if it's been lost or dismissed. And if anyone else knows of any other rewards that this happens with, I'll make a list and pass those along, too.

That would be nice for anyone who changes their mind, possibly years later.

I think it's true for all of the episode boffs including the Voth defector, Kobali with no sense of direction, potato head. Was there also a Jem'Hadar one in the Kurland Here arc?

Yes, there's a Jem'Hadar BOFF as an episode reward. But I believe that can be reclaimed. You can only have one of them on your roster, though.

actually Mudds is not a terrible idea. half the stuff in Mudds are items from events gone by, is there a real difference? just put a disclaimer that the item Amy be available form episode play
