Typhoon battlecruiser how to unlock

I have completed 20 of the 40 daily tasks. When I go to the reclaim store the reward is not allowing me to redeem, the 0 amount is in red. Am I missing something or do I need to complete 40 dailies?

    - Does the event progress bar show as completely filled out?
    - Did you [ Claim ] the event reward on that screen?
    - Did you open the box that appeared?
    - Do you have an available active ship slot when you go to Manage Ships?

    20 out of 40 means you are half-way there.
    You can get 2 points progress per day for the TFO, or run 2 of the Patrols to get 1 point from each.
    After 20 days, you'd then have the full 40 points worth of progress needed to unlock the Typhoon.

    According to Arc 20 points to qualify for the unlock. I had an email from them after reporting it to them.

    20 days full progress. If you only do a single 1-point patrol instead of 2 patrols or the TFO then every day the event progress will show as incomplete instead of a filled-in square and a 20-hour countdown, and the [ claim ] button on the event screen will never light up to show you have finished.

    The winter event is simpler since there are no 1/2 progress events. Every event gives full progress.

    Did you [ claim ] the reward while the event was live? The character that did that would get the ship box, weapon pack, and 20,000 dil. Other characters would then go to events > ships to claim the ship.

    Unfortunately the rep might have looked at this blog which says "20 daily" when it really means "20 days of progress" or "40 progress": https://www.playstartrekonline.com/en/news/article/11571122

    Notice that patrols are only 1 point of progress not 2. You need to do 2 patrols to get full daily progress.

    Edit: the event is still in progress on consoles. I checked PS5 and the event screen says 40 progress required and shows patrols as 1 point, TFOs as 2 points. If you had "20 progress" the event screen would have shown the event as 50% complete and the claim button would've been dimmed.
