Ships Pheonix Store and Ship Event Reclaim Store

So, a few years ago I got an Epic Pheonix Prize voucher, on my Bajoran captain and purchased the T6 Bajoran Interceptor, just today I received another Epic Pheonix Prize voucher on a different captain but could not purchase the T6 Bajoran Interceptor because it was greyed out. So, I went to a third captain to see if I could reclaim it from the Event Reclaim Store, but it was greyed out as well. Is there a way to reclaim/buy this ship since it is greyed out for both stores?

You'd only be able to claim it from the reclaim store had you completed the event in which it was given away for free....the Anniversary event of 2018 I believe.

With Epic Phoenix Tokens, unless your character already has the ship in their active roster or dry dock, you should be able to buy it on any of them for a single token each time. Failing that, it's most likely a bug of some kind.

Do you have a free / open active ship slot? I don't think that's needed since event ships arrive in boxes, but you never know.

Do you have anything in your inventory overflow bag? Empty that and make sure you have a free inventory slot to put the token into.

Yes, I have an open ship slot, because I was able to claim the Ferengi ship.

sounds like an insect to me. I'd put in a bug report in the appropriate forum
