Voice actor from Out of Control

Did anyone else notice how close the voice actor playing the Borg in the mission sounds just like Ted Cassidy who played Ruk in the TOS episode What are Little Girls made of?

    I thought of the metranombs(?) from the planet that had the rock guy who was putting humanity to the test. Spock help me... help me Spock. lol It also reminded me of the gate keeper when they went back in time because bones got a extra dose of some stimulant and jumped through the gate back in time. It also reminds me of Ruk the robot. It definitely reminds me of TOS.
