  There's no real build at the moment hence why I'm asking for help in setting up one around polarize hull

  This sounds interesting, not gonna lie. I do know that people have been designing "shieldless" tank builds for a while. They work wonders on enemies like the Borg due to the Borg focusing a lot of their attention on "eating shields". If there are no shields to eat, it nerfs the Borg's capabilities, and they confooz LOL
